  This is one of those nightmarish stores with a high staff turnover, terrible customer service and no desire to improve anything.
  I was unfortunate enough to buy a car from a person in Justice, ended up there to do my title and registration. Was sent back for more documents once, and the younger girl at the counter has no idea what was she doing. Unfortunately, her more experienced co-workers didn't bother to help. At one point I was sent away because she "couldn't help me", and after the store mangers got involved they figured it out that the counter person didn't know the procedure and was on the "wrong screen". After one hour of stress, despair, and frustration I was able to get my temp plates. I urge you not to go to that store!
